...when i saw this picture of Jessica i wasn't sure what to think. I don't know if its because she's the one wearing it but it sort of looks bland. Maybe there's something missing like a pop of colour? I actually do like the outfit, but something isn't working for me at all...What do you guys think? Image via Justjared.com
