Any Plans For August?

Here in Australia, August is the final month of the winter season and that means that summer is just around the corner - precisely December. I can't speak for other Australians but i have to say the winter in NSW has been nothing but a big fat joke. The winter is something like what i'd expect from the first 2 weeks of Spring in England but i'm not complaining. Since i started blogging about losing weight, my first goal was to get down to 83kg and lose a dress size. Although i went down one dress size, i didn't get to 83kg and as i type this, i'm still 87.3kg. I swear the scale has refused to budge and i know the figures are accurate because it's a digital scale so it's not like my eyeballs are missreading the information shown. I think i'm getting a bit obsessed by the figures on the scale but for this month, i want to try and get down to 83kg and that would mean losing at least 4.3kg in the next 31 days starting from today.
I actually think i might have hit the brick wall when it comes to moving the numbers on the scale and this could be due to the fact that i've been doing the same kinds of exercise for quite sometime now. So to shake things up, i ordered a copy of Rosemary Conley's Gi Jeans weight-loss workout. For those who are wondering why i ordered this specific dvd, Rosemary is the queen of weightloss when it comes to aerobics. She might be old and have the same standard techniques like grapevines and all but her stuff works ALL the time. I know this because i used to use it when i was in the UK especially the first time when i had to try and reduce my body fat as instructed by my doctor. Unfortunately her dvds aren't sold in a region 4 format so i've had to change my dvd player's region to 2 but i think it's well worth it. For those of you who might be interested in purchasing a copy of her dvd, you can find it on Amazon.
